These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of vitalview3d.com (the “Site”), operated by Vital View 3D Breast Imaging (“Vital View 3D,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our text-messaging program is governed by our separate SMS Terms and Conditions.

1. The Site is not medical advice
Content on the Site, including descriptions of the Koning Vera breast CT (“Vera Scan”), FAQs, news coverage, and social media content, is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, does not describe your individual situation, and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health care provider. Do not disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read on the Site.
2. No provider–patient relationship through the Site
Using the Site, submitting a form, or emailing us does not create a provider–patient relationship. A relationship with Vital View 3D begins only when we accept an imaging order and you attend an appointment at our center.
3. Appointments, orders, and pricing
- A Vera Scan is a diagnostic imaging service and requires an imaging order from a health care provider licensed in Washington State. We can help you understand what to ask your provider, but we cannot issue the order.
- Submitting an appointment request through the Site is a request, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm it.
- We are a self-pay imaging center and do not bill insurance directly. Current pricing and payment information are published on the Site and confirmed at booking. We may provide documentation you can submit to your insurer or HSA/FSA administrator, but we make no representation about reimbursement.
- Results are reported to you and to your ordering provider. Follow-up care is directed by your provider.
4. Accuracy of information
We try to keep the Site accurate and current, but information about services, pricing, hours, technology, and regulations can change. We may correct or update content at any time without notice. Statements about the Koning Vera system reflect the manufacturer’s FDA clearance and published information; individual results vary and no imaging test detects every cancer.
5. Your use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or impersonate anyone; attempt to interfere with the Site’s security or operation, including bypassing our spam protection; scrape or copy Site content for commercial use; or upload malicious code. We may restrict access to the Site for any violation.
6. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and the “Vital View 3D” and “Vera Scan” names, are owned by Vital View 3D or used with permission and are protected by copyright and trademark law. “Koning” and “Koning Vera” are trademarks of Koning Corporation. You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only.
7. Third-party links and services
The Site links to and embeds third-party services, including news coverage, Google Maps, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe how we handle your information and are part of these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vital View 3D and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Washington law, including liability for health care services actually provided to you, which is governed by separate patient agreements and applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vital View 3D from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt in good faith to resolve the matter.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
